Pet Policy
Norden Range welcomes your cat or dog, but requests the following guidelines be followed:
• Pets are restricted to two in your Apartment Home.
• Any combination of cats and/or dogs are welcome.
• All Pets must be approved by the Management Team and must adhere to the Breed Restrictions.
The following dog breeds are RESTRICTED: Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Chow, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mastiff, Wolf or any derivative mixed breeds.
• Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your Apartment Home.
• Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets.
Please check with the Management Team to confirm applicable pet fees and monthly pet rents.
